Round 1 of the playoffs are ongoing. Who are your picks to win in their respective series? We are closing in on game 3 this week so basically halfway through the round. Here are the matchups for round 1 of the NHL playoffs:
EAST:
- Florida Panthers vs Tampa Bay Lightning
- Boston Bruins vs Toronto Maple Leafs
- New York Rangers vs Washington Capitals
- Carolina Hurricanes vs New York Islanders
WEST:
- Dallas Stars vs Vegas Golden Knights
- Winnipeg Jets vs Colorado Avalanche
- Vancouver Canucks vs Nashville Predators
- Edmonton Oilers vs Los Angeles Kings

So far I'm good with the Hurricanes at 3-0 and for the West I am hoping the Avalanche pull through. Of course, the series ties are more exciting for us in terms of betting. But as a fan, my fingers will remain crossed lol.
