So, Kelce sat out on the last regular season game, leaving him a dozen or so yards away from beating his previous record, which now has 7 seasons of passing 1000 yards. One one hand, they could have had him complete the record then pull him out. On the other hand, it seems to risky to have him in a game and they should save him for the playoffs.
What is your take on this? Is this the load management that seems to be so popular nowadays, or was the move justified in your opinion?
