After Max Verstappen disobeyed team directives at the So Paulo Grand Prix last weekend, Red Bull has condemned the threats and abuse made towards the world champion and his family online.

Verstappen disobeyed a team order to let colleague Sergio Perez through on the last lap of the Brazilian race. Perez said that he had previously permitted the Dutchman to pass with the understanding that he would receive compensation for his lost position.
